Once again an excellent experience of the "Alba Petra" menu, in three courses (blind) for one evening. The entrecôte matured for 100 days was a delight with the homemade sauces (hibiscus and asparagus) that accompanied it 🤤. Looking forward to seeing you again (mid July👍)
We were there for a birthday recently, surprise meal and what a nice surprise. All once served, detailed by the chef. Modern and traditional cuisine. Everything is perfectly measured and balanced. Very good team, I recommend
