Small meal for my mother's 76th birthday, we enjoyed a very good dish and an excellent Argentinian wine. Very good atmosphere, there were only 8 people in the room. I recommend this establishment.

Excellent restaurant in the Hautes Pyrénées Prefecture. The setting is pleasant and calm. Even without having a homemade aperitif, we were served appetizers with impeccable presentation and very tasty. We stay in the same line with the appetizer. What can we say about the starters, main course and dessert, very careful presentations and totally successful flavor combinations. Throughout the meal, the pleasure for the eyes was confirmed by the tasting. Surprising originality for dessert (pineapple ravioli with mango and coconut, seed crumble, pina colada sorbet) A very good time spent in this place. Absolutely worth discovering if you pass through Tarbes.

Un restaurant qui aime à partager sa passion pour une cuisine inventive. Chaque assiette est dressée comme un tableau. Harmonie des couleurs, des formes ! Dans le palais, chaque saveur ressort individuellement puis s’entre lasse pour ne former plus qu’un. Des produits locaux mis en valeur grâce à des mariages très réussis. À cela un service attentionné ! À 20€ le menu du midi : chapeau bas 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Merci pour ce moment de partage et félicitations à toute l’équipe.

Menu de saison. Produits locaux et frais . Ce restaurant est une tuerie: tout est léger et fin . Un mélange de saveurs subtiles qui pétillent dans le palais . Je recommande d’autant que les tarifs sont raisonnables au regard de la qualité.
