A very good restaurant! Good seasonal products, beautiful cuisine, very good from starter to dessert. A warm welcome and a pleasant place. Really attractive prices. A little nugget hidden in its bicycle box!

Excellent discovery right opposite Toulouse station you can go and eat there with your eyes closed. Good and fresh. And as a bonus, the service is very friendly.

Opposite the station, a courtyard...bicycles...a staircase and...a very pleasant menu. Because of the “hand” with... plenty of happiness on the plate I recommend, simplicity, effectiveness and, above all, we feel good!!!

Atypical restaurant located in the old lock keeper's house. On the ground floor bicycle workshop and upstairs + the terrace the restaurant. The dishes are prepared on site with fresh produce and the pastries are also homemade. Good value for money.

Restaurant discovered by chance during a stopover in Toulouse...I loved the setting, the cuisine (excellent duck parmentier!!!!), the service....If you like modern and bling bling restaurants, avoid Velo Sentimental!!! It's a simple and authentic restaurant, not expensive at all, and even a little hidden.... Great Place!!!!!

25/05/2024: It's a super nice place. Only on the terrace. The preparations are original and simple. All kinds of tapas. Upgraded sandwiches, craft beer and cider. A nice place and a view of the Daurade. Please note, it is only open during the summer months. So closes on October 29 and reopens in the spring.

05/04/2024: You have to try the cassoulet! Excellent and the service is efficient, attentive, with a smile.
27/03/2024: I had already come many years ago (at least 30 years ago) to this good cassoulet address, and I had very good memories of it. Eager to introduce our emblematic dish to colleagues from other regions, and to change a little from my other usual addresses, we chose this address. And we were not disappointed. Very good, rich and tasty cassoulet. The goose confit was perfect and so were the beans. Washed down with a Clape wine (Château Bouysset - les bécassines). Only happiness. Very pleasant service. I wouldn't wait 30 years to go back
