Le Sud sur Saint-Jean-De-Luz

Thanks to Yohan, his wife and their collaborator, because I had the opportunity on Wednesday May 1 breakfast at 10:30 a.m. (A papaya tea and a very good hot croissant) and to have lunch there at 1:45 p.m., while the kitchen was about to close... from to the terrible weather “cold and rain!” I am a trader in the Pergola. The chef prepared me a very good, fresh and hearty Parisian salad, and a crumble with red fruit coulis. The boss opened the Xistera, and worked at the Grand Hôtel... Great place for the lunch. Food nice and tasty. Staff is quite nice, but unfortunately if you are not from France, you’ll will be treated slightly worse. For example, if you need to go to toilet you will be sent to the public one.

Very long and inattentive service. Raw burger cutlet and disgusting coffee. It's a pity. We have always loved this place. We won't take meat, only mussels are good here
