Out of season on a Saturday evening, we had a smiling and humorous welcome from the chef-owner. The simple, but perfect room, excellent bedding, silence, and the comfort one would expect. The meal was really delicious. The melting and tasty wild boar stew, the equally well-prepared beef cheek with tagliatelle. Gourmet desserts (frozen nougat with red fruit coulis for example). We also can't forget the discussions on all possible subjects, with the boss, a real treat too!! This hotel deserves good publicity, unless you like fuss or a slightly pretentious appearance. We are going back as soon as possible!
