Lunch menu is the same as dinner

Excellent. We came in January, everything was at an incredible level.

A very nice culinary experience. We tasted exceptional dishes, congratulations to the cooks. The food and wine pairing was perfect. The atmosphere was pleasant. The service was perfect. However, I have a downside. Although everything is exceptional, the portions are really insufficient especially considering the prices charged. Fortunately the bread and salted butter are good.

The taste experience is worth the 3 stars, at this level it is not cooking but alchemy. However, it is a shame that there is not a proposed menu with drinks. OK, there is a very professional sommelier, but the chef could complete his proposal with the ideal pairing. On the other hand, the room was very basic. The estate is under construction, the farm having to accommodate another restaurant, is this the reason for this simplicity? The table faced the garden, a few more lights would be needed. These few criticisms will be forgotten by the quality of the service and the excellence of the food. The Pré menu offers many very fine land/sea combinations, with incredible blends of flavors. Too bad the layer of cod brandade is so thin, it's sampling. A little more quantity would prolong the experience. But you leave without feeling hungry with your taste buds in ecstasy. Finally, it's a shame that the artist won't perform in theaters. The chefs don't really like it, but the customers appreciate it.

As promised I am my usual opinion I am never disappointed and regular customer but I have the impression that the atmosphere has changed the welcome is no longer up to standard passed in front of us without taking care of us I waited easy 20 minutes sticks to us at another table too close for my taste and pulls his head when we tell him that it doesn't suit us if I come to your place it's to please me and be comfortable not stuck to a table where we listen to the conversations of others for the same service that arrives to you taking order and long so that there were no more people than usual regarding the coffee at the price of 12 euro I am not recognized the good taste than usual loyal customer I would not say that everything and nothing because that is not true there is surely a reason but there I am not recognized as anything from the service that we usually have Jean Alain if you want an exchange do not hesitate rachid thank you to the whole team I hope nothing serious
