We had “soft-boiled eggs with bean puree” as a starter, it was excellent. Concerning the dish, total disappointment, a less than average sweetbread with vegetables, the sweetbreads were overcooked and therefore dry, not denervated. The accompaniment is some tasteless vegetables. Small pebbles of cereal that are unpleasant in the mouth, and the sauce let's not talk about it, the dish for thirty-two euros. Then pork with the same accompaniment as the sweetbreads. Too bad the focaccia that was offered to us was very good

Flawless from start to finish! Elaborate, fine dishes, seasoned to perfection. Generous quantities for a very competitive price. Unrivaled value for money in Manosque. From starter to dessert everything was PERFECT. All in a very warm setting with adorable staff. We highly recommend and will be back soon!

While passing through Manosque for work, I spotted this little restaurant in the center of Manosque. Really not disappointed by the experience. Impeccable service. Menu at 34€, starter, main course and dessert, all with excellent products and perfect balances like this fine and light meringue, subtly masked by pieces of candied citrus fruits. Happy Manosquins, meeting at Bastien’s.
