Starter, dish of the day, dessert and even yogurt, everything was excellent. Homemade family cooking. Very welcoming service. Outdoor terrace, parking in front. We are delighted and will come back on our next visit. Great discovery and thank you again!

Good morning, While passing through Saugues, we had our lunch at the restaurant, le petit chez soi. The room is small, with an old-fashioned restaurant atmosphere. The welcome is good, with a smile. Unique menu but prepared daily, I prefer. The dishes offered were good, the only downside was the quantity of lentils. Good value for money. I recommend this restaurant. The region is still as pretty. Sincerely Thierry

Perfect welcome because table for 6 people is reserved. Excellent cuisine and copious plates. More than reasonable price and very smiling staff Everything was perfect. To be renewed during a next visit Thanks again

Le Petit Chez Soi always has a warm welcome, it is a very good local restaurant in Saugues en Margeride which will satisfy you as you need with delicious and varied dishes!

Passing through the village, great meal break in this bar restaurant. Excellent welcome for us and our three children, the manager agreed to start cooking a little earlier for us, at 6 p.m. Simple cuisine, omelette, salad, gnocchi, sirloin: it’s good! Special mention to the omelettes.

05/04/2024: Another great time with the family this Easter Sunday at the Lair of the Beast. Beautiful aperitif platters, hearty dishes with very good quality food, very friendly service that listens to needs and desires. I recommend and I will return there a 3rd time without hesitation!
01/04/2024: We are for the first time this Sunday, March 31. We had a pleasant time. We were a table of 8, everyone enjoyed it except for me, the cold pesto pasta, I did not have the impression that the pasta was fresh as indicated and I would have liked the precision that the burrata was breaded. We had booked a game of bowling after the meal, we had so much fun having fun that we would have liked to have a second one but we were told that everything was reserved despite the lanes remaining empty. Too bad you would have cashed in a game for 8 people and extra drinks.

21/02/2024: The pizzas are excellent, some classic recipes but some very original ones, very nice!
21/11/2023: The only place open on a public holiday, we loved everything, the atmosphere, the welcome, the well-stocked pizzas, the attention of the owner. In short, 100% recommended!!
