Food is very fresh here. Unique twists in each dish make everything a surprise. Desserts were delicious. We really enjoyed the moment there.

Excellent! A sea urchin tarama and mega-delicious fried smelts, an octopus and a super well-crafted ceviche, with a beautiful highlight of the products and very spicy and a chocolate cake that is close to perfection. Well done ! We will come back.

First time travel to Paris, I had the privilege of visiting and met Timothie, François (Chef) and Gabriel! Best gentleman you could ever meet, they all speak English very well and are very polite and understanding if you’re not a French local. Highly recommend this place for any seafood lover, date night/ special occasion, as well as anyone who loves a vibrant upscale classy setting. The best oyasters I’ve had in a long time!

Two varieties of oysters which were excellent and very fresh. An exquisite potato and leek velouté. An amazing and unique butter stuffed bread. Octopus and smelt grilled to perfection Served with a white Givry from Domaine Les luolles. Delicious.

05/04/2024: Thanks to the restaurant for a pleasant experience The sommelier’s description of the wine is specific The waiters are friendly and enthusiastic in introducing the meals, and will proactively observe the possible needs of customers. The meal is of course the most enjoyable part. The lunch set sincerely provides additional meals off the menu. Every dish is delicious and worth a special visit.
14/03/2024: Tried a lunch set, the fish was a bit too salty, but the service was really good. Next time should try the truffle

La Regalade Saint-Honore

29/03/2024: For the first time disappointed by La Régalade, frequented before Covid, during Covid then after Covid. Slow and disorganized service. Desserts ordered at the same time as the dishes only to be told when the time comes that there are no more. A starter and a main course in 2.5 hours is a long time. Exhilarated by success?
26/03/2024: Beautiful bistronomy that deserves to be discovered! Excellent control of long cooking at low temperatures.
