un nouveau passage chez Arnaud Sanchez avec toujours autant de plaisir. Cette nouvelle carte est sublime, le choix est difficile à faire. Des produits locaux préparés à la perfection, nous sommes bien dans un menu gastronomique. Des cuissons maitrisées ( ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas quand on demande une viande bien bleue...) , des ris de veaux croquants autour et moelleux au centre. Des associations de saveurs pertinentes et équilibrées. Une équipe toujours aussi sympathique et efficace. Le cadre est très agréable, bref, aucune hésitation à avoir.... allez y, vous ne le regretterez pas

Despite the rain, which prevented us from fully enjoying the outdoors, we enjoyed a menu that was surprising with its mixtures of flavors and gourmet combinations. Top staff, a professional sommelier, everything was perfect, restaurant to visit while passing through St Estèphe.

It was the second time we came with friends and it was a perfect time once again.
We took inspiration from the menu which was executed to perfection.
We particularly appreciated being able to choose between different types of bread, being able to select your Nontron knife for the duration of the meal as well as the choice of tableware for each dish which is as useful as it is beautiful. The explanations of each dish are also greatly appreciated. Thank you and see you soon !

We were 3 adults and a 12 year old child. We had an excellent evening, welcome, service, quality and research in the dishes offered, superb balance of flavors and contrasts in the mouth. Champagne and wine to match. A perfect children's menu for gourmet children.
In short, all so rare to be widely acclaimed and highly recommended.

A great discovery for this restaurant on the edge of the large Saint-Estephe pond.
Magnificent setting, very friendly staff and cuisine with varied flavors from starter to dessert. Very good cooking of the dishes with a special mention for the excellent beef.
We will come back...

accueil excellent avec un personnel compétant et professionnel . repas à la hauteur de la réputation de l endroit . vraiment très très satisfait . explications complète de ce que nous avons dans nos assiettes . bravo à tous. un guide connu devrait venir y faire un tour .
petit bémol toutefois .. le manque de lumière à 22h00 pour rejoindre le parking .
