Le Flocon sur Le Monetier-Les-Bains

Food was ok. Steak haché tasted fine but was served almost cold, I think because they cooked it before the chips were ready and it got cold while waiting. Delivery was particularly slow. By contrast the lasagna was a tad overdone, clearly having sat on the hotplate too long. Food was generally underwhelming for the price or, alternatively, rather overpriced given the quality. On the upside though, the lady serving was uncommonly smiley and friendly for France. So an extra star for that!

We ate at the self-service restaurant, rather good and well-stocked food, at prices expected for a high-altitude restaurant. Waiter who is a little overzealous by asking me in a somewhat curt manner to leave the terrace to eat a leftover sandwich that I had brought (the rest that I ate in addition to the main course + dessert + coffee that I ordered from them ). Apart from this incident, very polite waiter. Nutella cheesecake a little heavy 😅

Le meilleur restaurant sur piste, écrase la concurrence notamment par sa cuisine. Mais aussi par son ambiance, efficacité et management du service. De plus la musique et le soleil c'est sympa

We like to eat here every year, the price is a little higher than elsewhere in Serre, but the food is worth it!!! Very good, food staff always great!!! Behind the bar, they could vent their stress somewhere other than on the customers, I understand that they have a lot and there is always some idiot, but who doesn't have this at work??!!! And as a bonus, a big, beautiful fireplace, which really stings when it's disgusting outside :-))) ...then again next time ;-)))

Good mountain restaurant, which offers self-service. We are not talking about great cuisine, but it is relatively generous. I highly recommend trying the daily specials, which are often a cut above the rest of the dishes offered! In addition, the terrace is pleasant and the restaurant easy to reach, in one of the nicest places to ski in the entire area!

This is the only large restaurant on the mountain in the Les Monetier secteur of Serre Chevalier (apart from the adjacent snack bar and a tiny but charming hut much lower down). Conveniently located within the Bachas mid-station area, it is quite easily accessible, but lots of seating inside and on the terrace, the latter with great views. We stopped off on a Saturday, and thus being the quieter day of the week, had no problems getting a table outside for four. Ordering was done inside; we came out with our drinks and waited for our food to be brought to the table. Efficient service meant we weren't waiting too long. I elected for the burger; it was spot on, well cooked, reasonably proportioned and cost what you would expect to pay on the mountain. Le Flacon worked for us on what was a big day (touching the four bottoms, it's a 'thing'). We would very happily stop by again. Recommended.

Jolie restaurant très chaleureux, les prix sont certes un peu élevé mais nous sommes en altitude … dommage que la cheminée était éteinte les deux fois où nous sommes venu. Les plats sont très bons, et leur tarte aux myrtilles et excellente.
