Very well-known restaurant in Pau, in the Château de Pau district. Generous cuisine, the scallops with chorizo ​​are delicious. The house cocktail is very good. Beautiful marine atmosphere. Fast service. We had a great time. If you want to eat good fish, this is a good place.

Worth the detour ! I recommend 200%...perfect and pleasant service. Lots of kindness. Top boss...we were treated to a little digestive which is very rare these days. I found flavors in the dishes that I thought I had forgotten. Everything is perfect and the location near the pleasant castle with the terrace overlooking the fountain makes you feel like you're no longer in the city. An enchanted parenthesis. There were 2 of us and my husband, being a trader, has already shared this excellent address with his customers.

This is our second visit to this restaurant and we were surprised again! The cuisine is excellent, the dishes are elaborate, the staff is welcoming and smiling. Everyone had a great time, Le Dauphin is now an address that we will recommend with our eyes closed!
