First time in Paris and this was my favorite out of all the places I’ve eaten! Everything was delicious! The yolk dessert was so interesting and it shocked me with the texture, so good! Depending on preference in taste and texture, it might not be for everyone but worth a try!

Restaurant decor was old and tired. We were sat so close to the table next to us it was uncomfortable. We ordered the tasting menu and so did our uninvited guests at the table in question. The portions on our plates were smaller and in some cases plated with less effort, we were tourists after all. Dessert was chocolate sauce on raw Champignon De Paris.....shocking.

It's rare enough to be stressed. The food is good and the service attractive and efficient. Paris needs this type of establishment more than hamburger and pizza restaurants.

I am a neighbor and a regular at Chateaubriand. Until meeting Inaki and his team, I had no culinary culture. It was a real shock to the senses and each time we visit we are surprised by the chef's new discoveries. Originality but also authenticity. The meats and fish are cooked to perfection. The richness of the cellar also allows you to be guided in the great choice of wines. We "forced" ourselves to try other restaurants but never found better.....AN EXPERIENCE not to be missed!

Wasn’t for me. I respect what the chef and team have tried to deliver. That being said, some of the plates are too complicated and confusing in taste. Glad I came, won’t need to return

Tasting menu was very enjoyable! I even ate the lamb which I'm not usually a fan of. The wine list was overwhelming so the staff made a great recommendation. All in all it was worth the trek, my 4 star on atmosphere was only because the lady at the next table was vaping and I suspect it was permitted because they were regulars.

Good not great. Wouldn’t return, and wouldn’t recommend. Some dishes were delicious, and some were just fine. The friend I was with called the food “normal” and I feel like that describes it quite well. Wine was delicious.
