27/04/2024: Return of the market Little tour of the covered market with the chef who gives us very good advice on the different products, how to choose them… Back to the academy where we start cooking. In a small group, it is very friendly and warm. The chef teaches us some technical gestures, tips… And then we go to the table 😋 Very good experience, friendly time, we meet very good people… In short, I recommend
22/04/2024: Excellent time spent with the chef. We did “Market Return”. After a quick trip to the Metz covered market to introduce us to some traders, we are at the stove to prepare our meal which we enjoy as it is prepared. Good atmosphere and the Chef at the top who puts people at ease. Great experience that I hope to repeat.
