15/04/2024: A simply wonderful experience! From starter to dessert, we let ourselves be guided by the boss's recommendations. Homemade foie gras, homemade terrine, snails, and what can we say about the dishes... an excellent rib, a matured one and lamb chops, all cooked over a wood fire and accompanied by delicious homemade sauces. Without a doubt, the best meat I have ever tasted! Negative comments make me laugh a lot. We discovered an authentic, smiling boss, Jean-Yves, who will guide you in the choice of wine and meal. In this restaurant, no cell phones at the table, no hats inside, arriving on time: good manners which unfortunately are being lost these days... I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who shares this spirit. An address not to be missed!

06/04/2024: In October 2020, I discovered this meat restaurant, Flamboire. For meat lovers, it's heaven. This piece of meat was so tender, tender and tasty. Great choice of wine. Homemade dessert. Friendly atmosphere.
