Le Café des Beaux Arts sur Paris

I love cafes with a strong heritage. This is one of them 100yr existence. We were strolling along the they admiring the book and art shops and decided to have lunch. We had French Onion soup- delicious, crepe with caramel. I asked for bread from the Waiter and he said arrogantly that "there is bread in the soup" I like to dip bread into the soup and was not given the chance. When u asked for the bill, he asked if I was going to tip him. I said a flat NO. Has meals over the days and no one every asked for a tip. That spoilt my experience. Very good service, Karim was amazing, he suggest us the menu and it was very good taste, excellent place to take lunch.

Thanks for your hospitality. The staff was too kind. After two days visit, they gave us two beers free. Smile people work there, they love their job obviously. Clearly Louvre museum sightseeing, the atmosphere was so good, too

Ideally located, with top service!

This Sunday morning at 8:30 a.m. Karim served me a great breakfast, with a pastry of rare excellence and a very good large cream. I am a photographer and I had been traveling around Paris since 7 a.m., starting from Chaussée d'Antin. Not a café accepts serving before 8 a.m., or even 9 a.m.... Thanks to Karim for this half-hour break with a view of the Louvre.
