Le 500 Bornes sur Lempdes-Sur-Allagnon

Traveling in the village for work. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner for 3 days. Copious and quality cuisine. Regarding the service, I understood that we were not at PIC. We are from Valencia and we didn't come for the service. We ate very well there.

We stopped by chance while passing through Lempdes and enjoyed the traditional cuisine. This restaurant is unpretentious and the price very attractive.

We ate very well ! A unique but well-cooked menu, well-cooked Burgundy, excellent.

I validate and repeat this comment below from Benjamin which I repeat, I went there in September 2023. Avoid for the picky, it would degrade the soul of the place. "An old-fashioned "canteen" with a unique menu. No frills, neither on the plate nor in the decor. Simple but generous cuisine. Authentic welcome. I recommend it to backpackers. On the other hand, not recommended for bohemians on the shore left or to the followers of Courte Paille or Pizza Del Arte. We're not here to show off."

The lady owner was very helpful and changed channel on TV to ensure we could see Rugby World cup.We enjoyed some very nice local red wine in good atmosphere.While no food was available while we were there we enjoyed our stop.Thanks for very much. 3 lovely friendly dogs also in residence.
