This new restaurant in Bidart is an excellent discovery. The young chef (and boss) from Ducasse and Guérard creates very refined cuisine full of subtle flavors! The welcome is warm, the service perfect and… the dishes very elegant. I highly recommend it and can't wait to return.

21/05/2024: We were offered a romantic meal with the tasting menu. Flawless from start to finish. We even liked all these refined dishes and, for my part, even those based on products that I don't usually like. A very well mastered play of textures and flavors. The service is impeccable, efficient and lovely. A big thank you to the whole team, we had a wonderful time.
