We have visited this place in August 2023. ⠀ 🦪We wanted to have lunch in some place where fresh oysters were served, and we made a choice, based on reviews on Google maps, of this small family restaurant and did not fail. ⠀Its owners grow mussels and oysters right here on the Lake Thau. The view of their plantations, located near the shore, opens directly from the terrace of the restaurant. We decided to take a menu - 36 euros for two persons - each person gets a plate with 6 mussels and 12 oysters, as well as a pie - a typical pastry for this region, very tasty 🤤 (It's called „tielle“, is stuffed with tomatoes and some seafood - usually octopus or squid). And a bottle of wine🍷Since I was driving, I asked for water, and they brought me a bottle at no extra charge. And we took the unfinished wine with us 🙃 ⠀ 👍🏻I highly recommend this place - a simple one, with a family atmosphere, very cozy, the service is friendly. They hardly speak English, but they try to understand you and help, if you have any questions.

Despite the rush on a beautiful sunny Sunday in April, all the staff at la tchepe know how to keep a smile, friendliness and availability towards the customer. Oysters... 1 delight! the rest too, without forgetting the desserts!!! And this, at any time!!! There is a good, family atmosphere there. We will definitely come back and recommend it to those who like to enjoy a simple meal, with a magnificent view of a sparkling pond!

Modest in appearance with its blue color, it is the place to go and taste deliciously fresh oysters. but not only that... other shellfish, ice creams and pancakes all in a good atmosphere and friendly staff.
