La Tasca sur Luz-Saint-Sauveur

Very warm welcome from the manager. We feel a hesitation in the very young team who have not yet learned the profession but who give their all to the well-being of the customer. A 3 cheese fondue and a charcuterie that I describe as average; Fondue a little (too) salty for my taste and cold meats that lacked flavor served before the fondue which meant that the sautéed apples were just lukewarm. The ice cream for dessert was good but a straw in the columnar cup would be nice. A commercial gesture from the owner was welcome given the hassle of getting the stove to work and keeping the cheese at temperature as best she could. The price is the lowest found in the sector. Deserves encouragement despite still having room for improvement.

We liked the warm atmosphere of this restaurant as well as the welcoming staff but in terms of food we were much less delighted, we had tartiflette and vegetarian tartiflette and a crumble for dessert. What we found was that it was good but nothing more, the quantities were less, we were still hungry despite the 50€ spent, a shame because our evening was pleasant for the rest

Lunch, the restaurant was empty, a shame because it was a welcoming setting. Nice menu and tapas, The potatoes were a little undercooked on the tartiflette Top-notch squid and fries Very good value for money, friendly welcome I will come back there for lunch without hesitation, to avoid the crowds in the center of Luz and find some peace and quiet

Very good establishment. Raclettes are served in an original way with small charcoal grills. The medieval scourge is also nice. I won't say more to leave the surprise for the next ones. The dishes are of good quality and in satisfactory quantity. Service can be a little quick. I advise.
