We entered this restaurant by chance, we were the first, we did not dare to take the raclette and chose the steak of beef with blue sauce and pepper sauce, very good, and we regretted not having taken the raclette when we saw around us those who ate it!!!!! We will return there for a few months during a next stay in Tours to discover other castles. In short, don't hesitate to open the door of "the greedy mouse" Rue Colbert 😉👍😋

Internet reservation respected A somewhat directive welcome upon our arrival Friendly decorative atmosphere Unfortunately, all it takes is for a disrespectful group to arrive for it to be super noisy... Hearty and delicious dishes. Unlimited cheese respected! Dessert menu to review, far from homemade... maybe offer scoops of ice cream to help the meal go down... Correct addition compared to what we took. Only downside to working => not wanting to ship the tables as quickly as possible! On a Saturday evening people who come to the restaurant want to take their time to eat...so when we are barely at the aperitif with a mixed plate barely started we don't bring the main course! I know you need to make money but not at the expense of existing customers.

Without reservation on a Saturday evening the manager quickly and efficiently found a solution so that we could enjoy ourselves. Two adults eating a Savoyard fondue and a 2-year-old baby taking the children's menu (but who had stuffed himself with pretzel before and therefore did not appreciate the excellent menu offered to him). quantity and quality at the rendezvous. Throughout the meal we see people without reservations getting rejected...too bad for them...Lol For dessert, a cheesecake filled the space left in the body. From A to Z I really had a great time and without feeling robbed by the bill. What happiness! Just don't act like us and think about booking ;-)

We came without a reservation at the very beginning of service and luckily there was a table left! The service was great and the fondue was very good!

Very good restaurant. Very good value for money. The vegetarian alternatives are really good. Cold meats are replaced by seasonal vegetables. 👍. Still too few restaurants offer alternatives as good as that of La Souris Gourmande
