French cuisine like we don't see much anymore, with perfect value for money. The welcome is impeccable, like the old bistros of yesteryear.

Exceptional place, where it is good to have lunch. A restaurant where you cook with your heart and where you entertain with a smile. The cuisine is traditional but expertly executed to delight our taste buds. It is better to reserve otherwise you will be turned away because more than one resident has made it their canteen. And no, the restaurant didn't even offer me lunch to write this little message. Just an address that deserves such comments. Continue to enjoy us, it's a real pleasure to come and have lunch with you. 🙏🫶🙏

We discovered this small but lovely restaurant by chance. We were served very friendly, all of our special requests were fulfilled and we were delighted with the food from starter to dessert. Would come back immediately! There are no main courses for vegetarians, fish dishes are prepared upon request (very tasty!!).

L'Angélus du canal

01/04/2024: Value for money, fine and succulent, a very good address.
20/03/2024: A stone's throw from the St Martin canal, a good little restaurant like we would like to find many more in Paris: perfect service, pretty crockery, cloth napkins, exceptional cuisine using fresh quality produce cooked with love and tastefully prepared. A treat… also for the eyes. Add the warmth of the welcome from the owner and the chef and you have the Angelus of the canal. 👍🏽

La Belle Équipe

20/05/2024: La Belle Equipe was already very friendly, an excellent bistro. There, the atmosphere is still as friendly, but the cuisine is that of a very good restaurant. Subtle mixtures (ah the white asparagus, fruity condiments and green asparagus coulis...), desserts to die for, and perfect cooking of meat and fish. A treat and a very surprising quality/price ratio for the neighborhood. Congratulations to the whole team, so funny and warm! 🙏😋
14/05/2024: Very warm restaurant. The cuisine is excellent. Mathilde is very friendly and smiling. I highly recommend for a pleasant meal.
