Extraordinary cuisine and friendly service to make it all right. At first we are surprised by the concept of ingredients directly in the waffle batter but we must admit that the culinary result is there 🤩

Empty place when we arrived which got us worried but the gaufres were very very good. Friendly with our dog as well!

A restaurant discovered thanks to The Fork. La Gaufrefrie is very quiet and far from the hustle and bustle of Châtelet without being too far away (8 min walk). Therefore, we are not disturbed by traffic noise or passing on the sidewalk. The restaurant is discreet but we manage to find it without too much difficulty. The welcome was remarkably warm and friendly. We were greeted with a big smile by the host on duty. The atmosphere also reflects this conviviality. The place is very intimate and cozy and the colors and furniture match perfectly. For the cooking and the meal... We all simply enjoyed ourselves! The waffles are extremely good! And served with salad and small side dishes. So, the ? are not dry in the mouth. I recommend without hesitation to those who want to cross (or who hesitate) to cross the threshold of this restaurant!

Great restaurant with an original concept. The waffles but also the toast are delicious! There is something for everyone, both savory and sweet. The service is great and the restaurant is cozy. Very good value for money. I recommend 100%

Warm welcome, delicious and hearty brunch. Good quality for a decent price. An address to remember. 13 of us came for a birthday brunch, the team was well organized, flexible and took care of us.

Very pleasant surprise at this little restaurant which offers original dishes based on savory waffles, with a very rich menu. It’s original, well presented, lots of flavors. The sweet waffles are also very good. Fast, friendly service. Don’t hesitate to try it out!!
