Beautiful cheese shop. Convenient opening hours. Very good natural yogurts and fruit jam. High prices and waitress not always (or very often) not friendly

We've been wanting to try this restaurant for so long, it's a done deal. We had a great time with friends, the dishes and cheeses are very good, the quality/price ratio is correct and the service is great, special mention to the young girl on the rooftop. In short, we will come back!

Beautiful concept with the cheese delicatessen shop on the ground floor and a good selection of wines and the restaurant on the first floor and terrace where you can directly taste the cheeses or other dishes. Young and friendly staff. Fair prices.

Le Formal - Caves Henri IV

24/03/2024: From the finesse of the dishes to the warm and friendly welcome from a passionate team, including the freshness of the products and the originality of the pairings, everything came together to have an excellent time!
21/03/2024: Magnificent splendor for the palate. Amazing dishes with vibrant flavors in the mouth. We were able to meet chef Thomas Roret and above all thank him for the delicious time we just had. A great dinner.

04/04/2024: Nice hotel currently being renovated, very nice breakfast and warm and very welcoming staff :) Special mention for Gaëlle who was smiling and caring with the whole group on our requests and needs 🫶
29/03/2024: Nice hotel. Unfortunately under construction which currently takes away its attractiveness.
