Restaurant to recommend, I was expecting something for tourists and in fact it was very welcoming and also very good! Perfect bull terrine, top-notch gardianne and bull sausage, delicious! The service also very friendly and efficient. The only point perhaps is the bread, insufficient you just have to ask for more.

Very neat restaurant with a friendly atmosphere but the service could be better. Some servers stand out - very much so, but others make little effort. As for the menu, a little third of the dishes are offered with supplements, which is quite astonishing. The wait was quite long, but the food was good. There were some inconveniences like very streamlined bread, very hard slices of bread with the salmon rillette and a strange whitish thing in the water carafe.

Service a little long and poorly placed. So we tend to forget. +25 minutes between placement and order taking because we called them out. Afterwards the dishes are good. Good sangria. Good bull gardianne and excellent salmon tartare. Excellent dead acute fougasse.

18/02/2024: Very friendly in mid-season, very pleasant waiter, very nice place, excellent cuisine. Perfect for a meal with family or friends (Suggestions for pancakes: let me choose the accompaniment with salad?)

01/04/2024: An authentic, quality, french family restaurant tucked away by the historic town walls. The food was fantastic and the ingredients are so fresh they take pride of place in an open cabinet for all to see. We'll be going back again!
