30/03/2024: What to say about the Terrass? Might be a mistake on the name since it sounds more like a disaster. Indeed, very nonchalant servers and with a great lack of professionalism. I invited my partner for a drink at the rooftop for a romantic moment but that was without counting: On a waiter who sprinkles him with household products while cleaning the table, forgetting our drink paid for via the application which arrives 30 minutes late despite two reminders, and the final bouquet, we are brought a bad drink, which does not does not correspond to our order and which is also less expensive. However, the hotel reception is very pleasant and the rooftop setting is wonderful which allows you to forget the poor quality service. I therefore recommend this view and this setting but expect classless service.
