Before ending our vacation in the hamlets of the Cascades, we wanted to have our meal at the Cascades pizzeria. You are welcomed in a beautiful restaurant room adjoining the bar. The room is clean and quiet considering the number of tables served. We had a dozen snails as a starter followed by aflamenkuch, a Nordic pizza and a small salad of pan-fried chicken liver. As an accompaniment, coke, limo, apple juice and a Jura white beer (brewed at ROUSSES) For dessert, 2 ☕️ Liège and a cup of 3 sorbet and pine green followed by a coffee. We enjoyed ourselves for 2 hours without seeing the time tick by. A mention to the chef for the chicken liver salad. The service was impeccable from start to finish despite a certain crowd at the bar and in the dining room. The sanitary facilities are clean and well maintained. The parking lot in front of the establishment does the job... be careful when crossing, the vehicles drive too fast. Access is complicated for PMR unless I missed something. This is a beautiful evening, in a place that deserves to be spent there. I highly recommend this bar/restaurant

I stopped there for a coffee after walking the path around the Hérisson waterfalls. It was raining, there was no one there. However, the team, very jovial and clearly available, was very welcoming, full of humor and rather warm. So yes, frankly, if the opportunity arises once again to be in the region, I will come without hesitation to eat something there.
