We really liked coming to eat in this restaurant but we have wanted to make reservations several times by calling but we have not been able to do so and when passing in front the restaurant is nevertheless open

A great discovery! I loved! Beautiful and good, I take my hat off to the chef who works alone and ensures the service. The cuisine is generous, the products quality. The wood decor gives a mountain note that differs from what you find locally. Can't wait to go back

Passing through Aubenas, we enjoyed ourselves in this charming little restaurant which I would like to link here https://www.labouchencoin.com/ The cuisine is seasonal and everything is homemade, the chef was alone this Wednesday lunchtime and managed everything perfectly; a very warm welcome in a simple but efficient atmosphere, we come and know what we are eating and we eat well, at a very affordable price for healthy, quality cuisine 🤪🤪 The leek soup with pieces of smoked trout was so sweet!! Poouuaaaah that was good 🤪🤪😊🥰🤩!!! Besides, my partner's ravioli gratin and my aunt's ravioli salad were just as beautiful and good 🤪🤪😊 Then the filet mignon..... the first time I ate one so tender, perfectly cooked, with the little mushroom sauce which goes well hmmmmm a killer!!! And an excellent Bourdaloue pear tart with red fruit coulis 🤪🤪 In short, a treat!!! Thank you very much to the chef for this excellent meal 😸😸😸 Don't hesitate if you have the chance!!!
