I recommend the “Organic detheinated Earl Gray” tea. It is the only tea house in France to make it. You will be able to find it from a handful of competitors, but it will not be "organic", which is an important argument these days because as consumer associations have said (60 million consumers and UFC Que-Choisir), we find significant traces of pesticides in most teas, but very little or none in “organic” teas. This tea (organic decaffeinated Earl Gray) is very fragrant and brews very well. I specify this because to detheine tea, we use water as a solvent to extract the theine and it is therefore possible that the detheinated tea is less "strong". Me, I didn't notice any difference in terms of taste (as I said, it brews very well) but in terms of excitement (palpitations), I hardly had any after drinking a cup (30 cl). ).
