18/05/2024: The food is very variable. The small amuse bouches at the beginning are absolutely excellent. Unfortunately, an eight or ten course menu is required at dinner, and many of the courses are bland and undercooked. The small desserts are excellent. The service is generally terrible with large gaps between courses, no replenishment of water etc. The wine list is excellent with delicious choices at reasonable prices. The sommelier is good. Overall, unfortunately, I would not return.

29/04/2024: Ecstasy in food and drink. Absolutely incredible. If you do not speak French and are worried about the service as a result, go for lunch on a weekday when the dining room is quieter. And get the wine pairing — it is revelatory.
