23/05/2024: Restaurant in the antiques district, I ate the dish of the day very well, a cod brandade very well presented and very original with vegetables on top. In short, fresh products, a hearty and tasty plate. The service is perfect. I also loved the dessert, a strawberry crumble, I recommend

La Bouteillerie

15/05/2024: We had a great time at La Bouteillerie. We came in early for a quick glass of wine and even though the place was fully booked, Christoph made room for us. In the end, we stayed until closing time. Christoph led us through excellent wines (mostly) from near Lyon based on what flavors we liked and sat down with us to explain where the wines were coming from and how this and the grapes influenced the flavor. The food was also really nice and accompanied the wines well. Christoph even gave us several recommendations for restaurants and bars in our further holiday destinations. If I could give more than five stars I would've done so. Thanks again, Christoph!
06/05/2024: Such a highlight of our few days in Lyon! Chris was the most fantastic host. It felt like an incredibly personal experience, the wines were wonderful, the food was great, excellent value too. Could not recommend highly enough!
