Hello, a big thank you to the kindness of the after-sales service team who saved me.. a most remarkable woman who tried to assemble my chandelier as well as her pretty male colleague who in a few minutes put the thing together well done It changes things young so-called unfriendly sales advisors who seem to be bothering (dummies..) what a shame for Ikea.. in the meantime well done for the after-sales service team 👍😘😘😘😘😘

Good morning This morning I went to the store, I wanted to collect a receipt for 2023, I went to the central cash register who told me to go to reception. The very nice lady found my ticket without any problem but unfortunately no printer and no mailbox to send it to me, she advised me to go to after-sales service because they can do it, I went there and explained my problem to them and they told me to went to the site, I have the applications but I can't connect, they take me down by telling me to reset my password, which I had already wanted to do, they take the phone from me to do that still doesn't work, so they take out 6 sheets of paper for me to go to the site to be able to collect my ticket, and they leave me, making me understand that what I asked for was not possible in store In the story I lost an hour this morning, I don't have a ticket because even on the site it doesn't recognize it Being a trader myself, when a customer asks me for it, I take 5 minutes of my time to look for it and I print it out for them. I am disappointed with the welcome given for just a receipt and no results

A pleasant place but obliged to do a whole circuit for a very boring object but understand it in relation to the sales technique

Wonderful store and surprisingly it is hard to get lost in it. The staff are wholesome and really helpful. Going out of their way trying to find exactly what you need and if they don't have will find the second best thing to it.
