Armored restaurant which does not prevent the staff from being friendly... the boss is haughty and unfriendly with his staff which is a shame. The dishes are excellent, a must-visit if you want to eat oysters, ham and local cheese. I recommend.

While passing through the Basque Country this summer, I was able to discover George & Co during the Bayonne festivals. Very nice discovery, I enjoyed the squids and prawns, the young man who served us was very welcoming with fast service despite the holiday rush. I'll definitely go back and can't wait to try it outside of the holidays
