Comme toujours une cuisine raffinée avec des produits locaux et de saison servie avec beaucoup de soin et de gentillesse. On se sent terriblement bien au Jambon, le patron et son staff sont des amours. Allez-y les yeux fermés vous ne regretterez pas et vous aurez envie d'y retourner !

What a disappointment the cuisine is very ordinary product of average quality, rooms not visited, worthy of a good backpacker certainly not a Michelin what a shame

Agetmau , une ville des Landes possédant un excellent restaurant dénommé Le Jambon Un cadre et un accueil très agréable Cet établissement sert des plats gourmands dont un excellent souffle Au Grand Marnier d’une légèreté sans pareil ,il y avait très longtemps que nous n’avions dégusté un tel dessert! Un délice N’hésitez pas à pousser la porte de ce restaurant vous ne serez pas déçu

Very warm welcome and good refined cuisine from the South West with exceptional value for money. Soufflé with Grand Marnier, well known locally.
