Hotel d'Angleterre sur Saint-Calais

Impeccable service, both the hotel and the restaurant. Very good cuisine, value for money, a treat, with a salted caramel French toast dessert, with vanilla ice cream, which I recommend.... As also the dishes.

Succulent dishes (veal sweetbreads, saddle of lamb), excellent desserts (the Norwegian omelette is surprising) and warm service.

Excellent welcome and a very good evening around a succulent meal.
