Plats et dessert excellents, environnement des plus agréable et service impeccable de la part de la serveuse.
(Dommage que la sommelière se montre instantanément agacée et même désagréable dès lors qu'on lui formule une demande surprenante par rapport à ses — surprenantes — habitudes. Dommage d'ailleurs aussi qu'elle appelle "à température ambiante" une bouteille de vin rouge qui serait maintenue plus d'une 1H. en plein soleil, ni n'est en mesure de comprendre que demander un seau à glace ne signifie pas qu'on va l'y maintenir en permanence : un peu de distance, ainsi que d'avenance, ne seraient pas de trop).

The place is just magical, lost in the middle of the vineyards.
The menus are delicious and fine, the meat is so tender that there is no need for a knife 🔪. The service and staff are very friendly and smiling. A magical experience.

Very pleasant stay in this magnificent castle. We were lucky enough to have room number 3 which is very large with a superb view of the vineyards.
We had dinner at the restaurant in the evening, it was magical. The quality of the food was exceptional.
The staff had organized a visit to Maison Brotte and 2 tastings for us. Everything was perfect.
A big thank you to the hotel staff who really take care of the guests.

The staff is attentive and very pleasant. The room is beautiful and the meal was divine.

Wonderful setting in the middle of Chateauneuf du Pape. Very upscale dining experience with a premium wine selection. Service is prompt, friendly and food preparation has a flair on traditional French standbys. It is my go to meal when we are in the area.
