The cuisine, as in all Hippopotamus, nothing to say was good, the service was great. The waiters and waitresses are available and professional.

Good entrecote, requested blue, but unfortunately served barely lukewarm. Today no more ribs, and no more roast chicken.. 😡 Too bad…

On this holiday it was an opportunity to spend time with family, the team was top notch! Helpful, smiling and always a nice little word for my son! The meat was well cooked, everything was served at the right time without pressure! We will come back being quite loyal to the franchise.

Everything was perfect, including the piña colada, the tartare with its tapenade, the duck breast cooked to perfection with its homemade mash and the desserts, a giant floating island and a melting chocolate semi-cooked. Everything is served by Kévin who is very friendly and very pleasant.

Attenant à l’Hotel Mercure, belles surprise que cet Hippopotamus récent, belle décoration, et surtout très bon accueil, sourire et professionnalisme de notre serveuse Lisa ! Viandes bien cuites, bon choix de vins.

Petit restaurant entre amis ce soir, nous avions envie d'une bonne viande, donc nous partons pour ce restaurant connu pour ça ! L'accueil et le service étaient parfaits, les serveuses souriantes et très gentilles. Côté viande, aucune déception, c'était vraiment très très bon ! Quoique la viande me paraissait un peu petite pour une entrecôte XL, tout de même facturée 32€.. Les desserts, du classique et pour tous les goûts. Au final une bonne adresse pour la viande, mais prévoyez un bon budget.

07/03/2024: Change of staff in recent weeks: very long service, incorrect prices, only one person for take-out or dine-in service. Allow time to be served, after having covered the table chairs yourself at 7:00 in the morning.... Bottom line, I take takeaway to make sure I don't miss my train...
08/02/2024: rVery simple restaurant where you eat tasty home cooking. Good products, well-stocked buffets, both for starters and homemade desserts. Very attractive prices.

29/03/2024: I was very surprised to see that the glasses and pitchers of water were very clean, as were the cutlery. That's very good news. I enjoyed the pork loin this week. So pleasantly surprised by a team member present in the dining room who was smiling and helpful to customers to clear our trays at the end of the meal. Keep going. Well done.
