Hexagone Cafe sur Paris

Good morning, Leaving on an empty stomach this morning at 8:40 a.m. from Gare de Lyon on foot towards Gare Montparnasse, I had only one goal, Hexagone Café. Discovered a few years ago and having very pleasant memories, it was logical to find this place again. It was cold, very cold this morning. Not being very covered and having nothing to eat, I hurried my steps to arrive as quickly as possible. 9:50 a.m., I opened the door. Frozen but happy to be there in the warm. I was the first customer. I ordered a cappuccino like the first time and chose my seat. The owners allowed me to recharge my phone when it was running out of battery. I enjoyed my snack while quietly observing the street and the sky. There were more and more customers. The atmosphere of people chatting mixed with the sound of the barista's gestures as he creates comforting concoctions transports you elsewhere. Thank you for this moment which allowed me to wait before my return to Brittany. Good continuation and see you soon ! Otherwise in a few words: very good advice, discretion, cappuccino made with professionalism, politeness, impeccable cleanliness of the place. PS: thank you for the advice for the bakery, their baguette with multiple seeds is a delight (words from a great bread lover)

Excellent coffee, great reading material on coffee available. Nice people.

Really nice café seeking great specialty coffee. I haven't tried any of the snacks, but can recommend the cappuccino. The shop is very cute but small. Expect small seats really close together like in most Parisian places. Worth it for quality coffee.

The coffee is good here but pricey compared to other coffee shops.

A great alley cafe in downtown Paris. You can sit right next to the window and let the city take its effect. The café was very good and beautifully presented
