This restaurant truly lives up to its reputation as the best Japanese restaurant in Paris. The prices are not high, but the service is mediocre.

Its reputation is well deserved, by far the best address for Japanese food. The salmon is to die for, and they offer dishes you can't find anywhere else. There is certainly a lot of waiting in line but it's worth it every time. The room can get quite noisy when it is full, however, so the setting is not conducive to a meal with discussions.

Good assortment of sushi at a reasonable price (especially for the neighborhood), but not exceptional I came twice and the queue was dissuasive. In the end, it's better to take away, because the reception is cold (even hostile) and the room is very small. In the summer, it is better to enjoy sushi on the steps of the Palais Garnier not far away!

Après plus de 30 ans minimum, ce restaurant n'a pas pris une seule ride, sauf le Directeur qui était déjà là à ce moment, et moi bien sûr ... C'est toujours excellent et très raisonnable au niveau du prix. Je l'avais complètement oublié du fait que je ne travaillais plus dans ce quartier, mais Foujita était mon restau préféré, il est purement japonais. Bon, je concède que en 2024, les gens derrière le bar sont plus indiens ou autres, mais la magie et le goût japonais est resté authentique... J'ai l'intention d'y amener un de mes meilleurs amis ce soir. Attention : fermé le lundi

J'y vais depuis plus de 20 ans, et suis un client habitué du dimanche soir depuis quelques années. Je ne saurais trouver un meilleur ratio qualité / prix dans Paris. La qualité du poisson est incomparable.

07/05/2024: Excellent meal but due to high customer demand the meals are rushed I ordered cheese maquis but there was no cheese.. and also for the beef and onions they gave me a soup onions. the staff is not very friendly or helpful

17/02/2024: The service is very good. I heard that we were visiting France and they gave us water and snacks. The Japanese food was also very authentic and very welcoming. We will come back next time we come to France! By the way, boss lady, we are back home safely😀Delicious, authentic and warm.
