Nous étions 12 personnes et nous avons été installés, rapidement et sans problème. Le personnel est agréable et les boissons chaudes ainsi que les gâteaux et gaufres servies sans trop d'attente. Nous reviendrons pour un petit goûter à l'occasion.

I didn't know this brand, I really liked the concept and the wide choice of coffee and tea. We don't have that in Toulouse, too bad.

A very beautiful place to relax and taste

I pushed open Étienne’s doors this Thursday around 3:30 p.m. There were 2 of us, on the terrace. The waiter was welcoming and courteous, he seated us directly. The order is taken very quickly and with a smile ☺️😊, and is served in just 5 minutes, Wonderful!🥰 We had a cheesecake, a milkshake, a cinnamon roll and an ice tea (peach but it had a strange taste of lemon and mint 😔...) It was still delicious (even if more strawberries on the cheesecake probably wouldn't have bothered me ^^) The waiter comes back to ask us if everything is going well, which is very pleasant, we immediately feel pampered. It is nice, it's hot. If you are looking for a place to have your snack, don't hesitate. It all cost us less than 20 euros. A big thank you to the staff, and particularly to our waiter with short hair and glasses, a waiter like that is rare these days, see you soon I hope
