Dersou sur Paris

We enter a small bistro where we immediately feel good. The rough walls are correctly revived by a simple but high-quality and very successful decor. The service is very efficient, we pay attention to the small details without going overboard (what a pleasure). To talk about the cuisine, we let ourselves be tempted by the menu, perfectly balanced starters, with really just the right tastes and flavors. Then an absolutely perfectly cooked piegon pithiviers. So thank you for this flawless experience and thank you for this perfect time that we spent with you.

A superb experience, a confusing, refined and very interesting food and cocktail pairing. Inventive, well-crafted dishes with carefully crafted, perfect pairings.

Great place, hidden in an inconspicuous street. If you like discovering flavours, experiencing and discovering new ones - this place is for you. I especially recommend the pairing with drinks.

Excellent experience at Dersou, which I had dreamed of trying for a long time. The evening tasting menu at €65 is very good, the tastes are sought after and the service is also excellent! to do.

Beautiful taste palette overall, particularly the fish dish (a very nice fillet of half-cooked red mullet). But the general impression is clearly attenuated for two reasons. The place is very noisy. Raw concrete in a completely open room, including the kitchen. And there were only around twenty customers. We suddenly hear the sound of machines and then the tidying up of the kitchen. We were hungry when we went out, even though we often asked for bread. The crowning glory was the meat dish: ~8 Fusilli style pasta and ~25 grams of duck confit! However, we asked whether the portions of the 4-course menu were satisfactory for a dinner. I will add few bottles for less than €60 and an approximate knowledge of wines (can’t remember the grape variety…). €14 for a glass of orange wine…

We had an amazing culinary experience at Dersou ! What extraordinary flavours and ingredient combinations. Produce used are of great quality. We were touched by how accomodating the staff were in regards to our constant change in reservation time until one hour before. We did the 6 course tasting menu and still felt great after, it was the perfect amount of food, not too much, not too little. The ambiance is very chill and the service relaxed as well. The only thing I would stay is that they need to improve their bar stool situation as it was quite uncomfortable. The cocktail pairing was amazing!

Flavours are very well balanced. This restaurant is more worth your money than most of the other in Paris. And you can see the chef and his team are very passionated about the food.
