A luxurious cocoon in the heart of Paris. Passionate coaches and quality group lessons, state-of-the-art equipment, a swimming pool worthy of a 5-star Parisian hotel... what can we say about the welcome: caring, smiling, friendly and personalized. And after 2 months in this room, visible results! I highly recommend !!

Super gym, with hammam, sauna and small magnificent swimming pool, ideal for people who like sport and relaxation after a session. Plus the team is great, I've been registered for 7 years and still addicted!

It is indeed a private high-end club. The service is really good. I especially like the abs/seal classes. The fitness area is actually a little limited, but everyone should be encouraged to attend more classes. The aerobic equipment is quite sufficient and meets the needs of Parisian beauties. The swimming pool feels more like a place to chat and relax, and the sauna is also good. There is a dedicated lounge at the entrance where you can teletramail or chat. It would be better if there were more drink choices.

I found my little sports cocoon in Paris Center: exceptional setting, ideal location. We are lucky to find everything (and much more...) that we can expect from a high-end room: attentive staff, quality equipment and a friendly atmosphere between members... in short, when the chore of sport becomes a pleasure, thank you Klay!!!

Expérience exceptionnelle dans cette salle de sport haut de gamme ! Les installations sont de première classe, et le gérant est incroyablement dévoué. Son professionnalisme et son attention aux détails se reflètent dans chaque aspect de l'établissement. Je recommande vivement cette salle à tous ceux qui recherchent une expérience de fitness de qualité

21/03/2024: The honey praline latte is good but we are misinformed: they sell cakes by the slice but no details on the price. When I ask how much the slice is the lady tells me "I don't know", she goes to ask the gentleman who tells me we can't know it's by weight. OK but I just want a slice so please tell me an approximate price! 😅😅😅 I'm told 3€10 for 100g how to know how many slices make 100g 🤣 we don't come to a bakery to do math. So I opted for a pain au chocolat which was good. You could display the prices for the cakes thank you very much

02/03/2024: À deux pas du Sénat, brasserie au service efficace et accueil chaleureux . Plats copieux servis rapidement, rien à redire. Cuisine maison de qualité pour un bon rapport qualité-prix. Rien à redire, si ce n’est qu’il vaut mieux réserver à l’avance, ce qui rend l’endroit vite bruyant…
18/02/2024: While this restaurant had good reviews, we found it to be a bit disappointing. Why? The menu was very limited to start with. Plus, they were out of several dishes noted on their menu board. My friends both ordered the rib steak with fries and found it to be "so-so." I had a carbonara pasta dish that was truly excellent. I am not sure I would seek out this establishment again as there are so many other outstanding restaurants in Paris.
