05/04/2024: Excellent service, very professional and friendly, comfortable rooms but need to remodel since every time we walked in the room the sound of wood was loud and annoying when sleeping if you needed the bathroom. The towels were very small and thin, not very good quality, but the beds were very comfortable. They should put the option of a kettle and cups to drink something hot if desired like other hotels do. The facilities are very nice and spacious, in general the hotel is good and the service is excellent. I would return as the location is very good, just 5 minutes from the train station and 40 to 50 minutes from the Eiffel Tower and all the attractions. by train, excellent location and easy to get to. Thanks to Sandra and Ayub who gave me excellent service and an unforgettable stay 🤩
