Chocolate and chocolate in cake, candy, ice cream...in individual pieces or for several. Specialized in Basque 👍 whose Basque cake comes in several choices: cherry, cream, all chocolate, citrus, hazelnut... And then chocolate candies in ballotins 😁 and very good pastries 😊🤭

Bad first experience for me unfortunately. I bought some Mouchous yesterday. They were definitely not fresh at all and looked like they were made a long time ago. I've had a stomach ache ever since.

Le meilleur gâteau basque de saint Jean de Luz. Les kanougas sont également très bons

"Restons gourmand". Telle est la devise de Pariès. Gourmand...mais exigeant. Et la maison l'a très bien compris. Difficile de la prendre en défaut sur son ensemble pâtissier et chocolatier. Mais le vrai test c'est maintenant au moment de la galette des rois. Rentable ; la tentation d'en produire beaucoup au prix fort est très tentante. Non.Ici la qualité et le travail reflète de l'exigence consacrée à chaque produit. On ne cède pas à la facilité de la galette briochée mais nous avons là une pâte feuilletée délicieuse ( car réalisée dans les règles) garnie d'une crème à l'amande ou noisette. ( une option délicieuse) . Le plus, une fève représentant une reproduction de tableau de Ramiro Arrue. Bien vu. A Saint Jean de Luz est il utile de préciser qu'il faut s'arrêter devant la vénérable maison orange ?
