By far my favorite pastry chef!!! This is the best michalak. Her pastries are divine! I was really bummed that he was leaving Spring Haussmann. Is it possible to come back? :-) All her pastries are extraordinary!

Les pâtisseries dégustées n’ont pas des tarifs exorbitants (comme chez Cédric grolet). Pâtisseries pas trop sucrées mais gourmandes et très bien équilibrées !!! On a testé le Paris Brest cacahuètes, le mange, le chocolat pécan et le pistache coco. Le pistache coco est iconique mais un peu gras à notre goût. Personnel en boutique très sympa ce qui ne gâche rien !!! A refaire !!!

Lieu et pâtisseries à découvrir !!! C est très jolie à regarder et agréable à manger . Belle découverte . On peut se poser tranquille pour une dégustation ou un petit goûter . A faire
