Gauvin did everything to find us a place because it was our last dinner before returning to Quebec. Excellent service, exquisite meal, try the salt-crusted fish! Perfect !

Our favourite restaurant in Nice, the rabbit casserole was delicious and I loved the lemon soufflé. The food is just sublime. Have never been disappointed in the many times we have dined here. We’ll miss it……….
