A great team whether at teamwork or in the kitchen, I had the right to this opportunity last summer. Having already eaten there I know it’s really good, I recommend 100% The cocktails are also very very good. Good day

16/05/2024: Excellent menu.. gerome & ericka fantastic hosts ..we have been on a number of occasions .. they do not not disappoint the service is the best.. warm.. welcoming & a favourite place to go
02/04/2024: When we arrived in Carnet, we initially didn't have high expectations of the restaurants directly on the promenade. But La Paillote was very convincing! The leg of lamb with vegetables was really excellent - tender and the vegetables were very lovingly chopped and prepared. The César salad (which we modified with vinegar and oil) was also absolutely delicious. The service and the owner were very courteous, nice and funny.

28/03/2024: Good hotel, commendable attention to customers. Resulting from understandable constraints, an effort on the weekend breakfast schedule would surely be appreciated
