We came for lunch with my wife and my 2 year old child, excellent welcome from the host, we chose a table outside and the terrace is very pleasant. The contrast between rue Saint Honoré and the calm interior is impressive. The staff takes great care, the children's menu is very good and our dishes are tasty and perfectly prepared. An excellent time and a special mention to our very professional server. Thanks to the whole team.

We had an excellent experience at the Mandarin Oriental in London. The challenge to be taken up was therefore very high. We remember the following points: excellent service and food. Where our preference lies at the Mandarin Oriental in London is the very environment of the hotel's building, which is very classic in London versus very modern in Paris. The photos are attached.

Delicious lunch in a very sophisticated yet relaxed atmosphere. The seasoning is just right, and the vegetables accompanying the fish/ chicken were even better than the main star of the plate. Not cheap though, especially the beverages which are definitely overpriced ( 28e the glass of wine? 14 for the Jasmin tea and 12 for the espresso? Come on, this is no 3 star restaurant either...). Personnel is also very attentive. Overall a very good experience!

A place that keeps its promises. The setting is chic and warm, you feel good and comfortably seated there. The team takes great care and has the right tone: neither too much nor too little. And the service is impeccable. Discreet and caring. Thank you for this enchanted parenthesis which does the greatest good at the start of the year!

20/12/2023: We ate a couple nights here during our stay in Paris. As you may know from other reviews, I have my favorites but this was a great little restaurant in the heart of the hausmann shopping district quite convenient to several hotels. I particularly recommend the desserts and the warm glüwein on a cold December day like we had, fits like glove on a cold hand. Our server Baden (Pedro) was particularly helpful and great. The negatives? The space is small and shallow. Meaning that every time the doors are opened, you'll get the rush of filthy cigarette smoke from the street dining space. Now, this is more of a Paris/ French problem than a LCD problem, but it's still real. I highly recommend the typical French dessert profiteroles. It's generous so you'll want to share... some of the best in France. The cheese dish is also not bad, and you'll want to share with 4 on this. Well recommended!
14/12/2023: In order to eat at McDonald's, not far from Carladez, we were attracted by the very tempting smell of the dishes served on the terrace. We were well received, the service was correct, and the food was super good! We clearly did not regret our choice and had a great time! The prices were totally reasonable, the dishes were tasty, and the waiter was friendly. We repeat the experience!

03/04/2024: I was staying at the Le Meridien hotel next door, and this was my quick option for dinner one evening. It was not bad at all, surprisingly, given that there is a chain of these across the city. I had the Moules Frites dinner set menu, and I chose a salmon rillette and a beverage. My travel buddy had the burger. Nothing spectacular, but it definitely hit the spot if you're hungry. The salmon rilletes or served in a little plastic sauce cup with a side of sliced baguette. Nothing in particular to write home about on the item. The Moules Frites came in a large pot and I was able to eat more than my Phil. I barely could touch the fries. My buddy enjoyes the burger and fries. I'd say, if this is one of your few choices in the area, go for it! Definitely beats McDonald's and some of the other establishments in the area. A good, filling, cheap meal while still giving you the feeling of a night out.
24/03/2024: I went here with my husband 10 years ago, and the hotel I was staying at on this business trip was close, so I made a reservation on Google and went there. A French friend said he didn't really recommend it, but... You can think of it as a group tourist restaurant where you can eat while riding a bus. I made a reservation at 6 o'clock, but they were just getting ready and the server in charge didn't show up, or maybe no one was interested in me, so my order took a long time. Still, it's fun to pile up a bunch and eat it.
