Very good service! Being a regular at Bufallo, we were perfectly welcomed and served by Manon.

Very good meal, only positive point. As soon as we arrived, we were not welcomed and there was no background music. A passive waiter arrives with our two salads and tells us that another waiter will seat us, ok why not. The waiter arrives and runs away, we follow him just in case, we don't really know!! Once settled, almost drop us a line. The salads follow us so it's quick or even too fast because the service follows the same, barely finished our mixed tapas, the rest is already there to follow, I'm not going to complain because it's hot and quick but maybe a little too fast, no time to digest. On the other hand, for dessert, we had to wait 25-30 minutes for someone to come and take over, so we gave up on dessert. In summary : Lack of politeness and friendliness of the waiter who placed us. The person who brings us the dishes very helpful, thank you to him. And the person at the cash desk (who seemed to be the manager), told us it's 53 euros thank you goodbye, without asking us if the meal went well, in short, don't get too involved for your customers. Average because good meal and respect for cooking, clean room and very fast service. I don't think there's a next time.

We had the pleasure of being served by Maureen who was really adorable, responsive and attentive throughout our meal (table of 4). Fast service, good dishes, the only point of improvement is that the room is noisy. Thanks again to Maureen for her patience and her smile, she leaves us with sweet memories of our visit!
