The food is exceptionally good and is served quickly and piping hot. The staff are very attentive to the needs of the customers and they take the time to serve. They know what they are talking about. The wine list is a whole book that also offers wines from Beaune. The restaurant would be up to five stars if it weren't for the fact that they allow dogs to enter (and I'm not talking about service dogs, but about pets). It drags down.

The beuchelle at the top. The cheese at the top. The Nuits-Saint-Georges in a carafe at the top. Top notch service.

First of all, don't expect restaurants in the city of Beaune to be economically attractive. However, the Béléna defends itself well against its competitors. We had a great time, the service was valiantly provided even though the room was full. Above all, BOOK! The quality of the products and wines are there. A downside though for the frozen fries...Restaurant to recommend!

Good. Fair value for money. The only downside was that the waiter didn't serve me the glass of wine I asked for, not the right vintage. Second fault, the cook did not master the cooking of our meats: one overcooked, the other blue, even though we had asked for rare. Very nice plate nonetheless, faux filet, fries, salad for €16.

Good restaurant and good food. A little expensive to get frozen fries. For the same cooking requested on two dishes, one overcooked and the other undercooked. One dish is enough for a meal (good quantity)

06/05/2024: Unfortunately a disappointment overall. The seating was too cramped and the menu was served so quickly that you could hardly catch your breath. Very different in terms of quality. A fine starter with fried chicory, but the main course was solid but not a revelation. But there can be restaurants like this, no question. By 'young savages' we meant something else …

31/03/2024: A place we like, where we taste good wine with very good advice, with a very pleasant atmosphere, like at home! Bonus: the only place in the world where you will have the chance to see a Deus apron worn behind the counter!
